What does the Summary and Transaction History table show?

PSX Portfolio tracking transaction history

Updated this week

The tables provide a detailed breakdown of your PSX portfolio's holdings and historical activity.

1. Portfolio Summary Table

This table gives you a comprehensive yet consolidated overview of your current portfolio. It shows you the following key details for each stock you hold on the Pakistan Stock Exchange:

  • Holdings: The number of shares you own for each company.

  • Unrealized Profit & Loss: The current profit or loss on each stock, calculated as the difference between its current market value and your average purchase price.

  • Other details: It also provides other relevant information like your average buying price, weight in your portfolio and the current market price of each stock.

This table is your go-to resource for a quick check on the status of your holdings and unrealized gains or losses in your PSX investments.

2. Transaction History Table

This table is a detailed record of every transaction you have made within the selected portfolio. It is an excellent tool for reviewing your past activity and ensuring accuracy. The table includes:

  • Transaction Record: A list of all your buy, sell, bonus, and rights transactions on the PSX.

  • Charges & Commission: The specific charges and commission applied to each trade.

  • Dividends: If you have enabled the "with payouts" view, this table will also include a record of all the cash dividends you have received, giving you a complete history of your portfolio's cash flow.
