Updated over 3 months ago

Overview of the Insider Transactions Tool

Insider transactions refer to the buying or selling of a company's stock by its executives, directors, or other key employees, known as "insiders" at the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX). These transactions are considered significant because insiders typically have access to non-public, material information about the company, which could influence their decisions to buy or sell shares.

How to access the tool?

You can access the tool quickly by typing /insider in StockIntel's search bar.
